Last Updated: July 30, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
InsureIF LLC (“InsureIF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how InsureIF collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you access or use the InsureIF website, applications, accounts, services, communications, and related features collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
This Privacy Policy is intended to provide notice of our privacy practices. It does not create contractual rights beyond those provided by applicable law or InsureIF’s Terms and Conditions.
InsureIF is not an insurance company or insurance carrier. InsureIF provides a technology platform through which consumers may store or submit insurance information, make certain insurance information available for quoting, and receive insurance quotes from participating licensed insurance agents.
2. HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS
The Platform may allow a consumer or other authorized user to:
• Create and manage an InsureIF account;
• Upload, enter, import, or connect insurance information;
• Store policy, coverage, premium, property, vehicle, household, or related information;
• Publish information for review and quoting as a prospective insurance opportunity, referred to in this Policy as a “Lead”;
• Receive insurance quotes from participating licensed insurance agents;
• Communicate with InsureIF or participating agents;
• Participate in eligible campaigns or programs; and
• Receive account and quote-related notifications.
Information submitted to InsureIF is not automatically made fully visible to all users or agents. Information may become accessible in controlled stages according to Platform rules, account settings, eligibility requirements, quoting activity, and the permissions you provide.

5. HOW INFORMATION BECOMES VISIBLE TO INSURANCE AGENTS
5.1 Controlled Visibility Model
When you choose to publish a Lead, InsureIF may initially display only limited, summarized, masked, or de-identified information to participating agents.
The information visible at each stage may depend on Platform rules, geographic availability, quote eligibility, Lead status, timing, agent qualifications, payments, and other operational conditions.
5.2 Visibility Expansion
After a Lead has been available for a specified period, including approximately 24 hours in some circumstances, InsureIF may make the Lead visible to additional eligible agents or expand the information available for review.
Timing and visibility rules may vary by state, Lead type, product, program, or Platform configuration.
5.3 Contact Information
InsureIF generally does not make a consumer’s direct contact information available to an agent merely because the agent can view summary Lead information.
Contact information may be made available when applicable Platform conditions are satisfied, which may include:
• The agent submitting a quote through the Platform;
• The quote satisfying applicable coverage or comparison requirements;
• The quote improving upon the consumer’s current premium or otherwise qualifying under Platform rules;
• The agent purchasing or receiving authorized access; and
• Any additional consent, eligibility, or legal requirements.
InsureIF may also disclose contact information when you affirmatively request communication with an agent or otherwise authorize the disclosure.
5.4 Nonexclusive Participation
Unless the Platform expressly states otherwise, a Lead may be reviewed or accessed by more than one participating agent. Insurance opportunities are not necessarily exclusive.
5.5 Consumer Choice and Control
Publishing a Lead authorizes InsureIF to process and disclose information according to the controlled visibility model described in this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the disclosures presented when the Lead is created or published.
You may be able to edit, unpublish, expire, or otherwise manage a Lead through your account, subject to completed transactions, legal obligations, retention requirements, and information already lawfully disclosed.
6. CAMPAIGNS, REFERRALS, AND THIRD-PARTY INCENTIVES
6.1 Campaign Participation
The Platform may include campaigns, referral arrangements, educational initiatives, employee programs, or other opportunities involving participating agents, employers, vendors, or third parties.
Campaigns may include rewards, discounts, goods, services, educational materials, or other benefits, subject to eligibility, legal restrictions, and applicable campaign terms.
6.2 Information Used for Campaigns
If you choose to participate in a campaign, InsureIF may collect or disclose information reasonably necessary to:
• Determine eligibility;
• Attribute participation;
• Administer the campaign;
• Deliver an authorized benefit;
• Prevent duplication or abuse;
• Measure results; or
• Comply with legal requirements.
Campaign-specific disclosures may explain additional information practices.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be provided to campaign sponsors, agents, vendors, affiliates, or other third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6.3 Third-Party Terms
Third-party campaigns, goods, services, websites, or benefits may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
InsureIF does not control the independent privacy practices or performance of third parties. However, this provision does not limit any responsibility InsureIF has under applicable law or an express commitment made by InsureIF.
7. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1 Participating Insurance Agents and Agencies
We may disclose information to participating licensed insurance agents and agencies to facilitate the quoting process, administer Leads, verify eligibility, deliver qualifying quotes, support authorized communications, and operate the insurance-visibility marketplace.
The information disclosed may differ depending on the controlled visibility stage and whether Platform conditions have been satisfied.

We may disclose personal information to companies that perform services for us, including:
• Cloud hosting;
• Database and infrastructure services;
• Payment processing;
• Email and SMS delivery;
• Telephone verification;

• Other operational services.
We authorize service providers to process information only for permitted operational purposes and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.
7.3 Campaign and Referral Partners
We may disclose limited information to a campaign or referral partner when reasonably necessary to administer a program in which you participate, provide an authorized benefit, confirm attribution, or prevent fraud.
We do not disclose mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to those parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
7.4 Corporate Transactions
If InsureIF is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be evaluated, transferred, or disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Any successor that receives personal information will remain subject to applicable legal obligations and the privacy commitments governing the information.
7.5 Legal, Safety, and Compliance Disclosures
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
• Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request;
• Enforce agreements or Platform rules;

7.6 With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you request, direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
7.7 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may use or disclose aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of being associated with an identifiable individual.
We may use such information for analytics, product development, reporting, research, business planning, and other lawful purposes.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION SALES, LEAD ACCESS, AND STATE-LAW DISCLOSURES
InsureIF does not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information.
InsureIF operates a platform through which participating agents may pay fees, use account credits, purchase access, or otherwise obtain authorized access to insurance Leads under Platform rules.
InsureIF considers those transactions payment for participation in and operation of the Platform’s insurance-quoting marketplace rather than an unrestricted sale of personal information.
However, privacy laws may define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar concepts differently. Where applicable law treats a Platform disclosure or Lead-access transaction as a sale or sharing of personal information, InsureIF will provide the notices, choices, or rights required by that law.
InsureIF does not knowingly sell or share personal information concerning children under 16 years of age.
9. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors.
InsureIF may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing information, limited payment-method details, and other information necessary to administer transactions. The payment provider’s collection and processing of payment information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility InsureIF may have under applicable law for its selection, configuration, or use of a payment provider.
10. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
• Provide the Platform;
• Maintain an active account;
• Complete transactions;
• Administer Leads and quotes;
• Preserve consent and compliance records;
• Resolve disputes;
• Prevent fraud or abuse;
• Enforce agreements;
• Maintain security;
• Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, tax, insurance, accounting, or reporting obligations; and
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, legal requirements, and operational needs.
We may retain certain records after an account is closed or information is deleted from active account views. For example, transaction, consent, security, audit, and legal-compliance records may be retained for applicable retention periods.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our procedures and applicable law.
11. DATA SECURITY
InsureIF uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Safeguards may include access controls, authentication measures, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, logging, data minimization, service-provider controls, and security procedures.
No Internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. InsureIF therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your login credentials, maintaining control of your email and mobile accounts, and promptly notifying InsureIF of suspected unauthorized account activity.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
• Confirm whether we process your personal information;

• Delete certain personal information;
• Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
• Opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising;
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
You may update some information through your account settings.

You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
To submit a privacy request, contact:
Service@InsureIF.com
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may decline, restrict, or charge for a request where permitted by law, including when a request is fraudulent, excessive, technically infeasible, conflicts with another person’s rights, or is subject to a legal exception.
Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits, subject to identity and authorization verification.
13. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law.
Where a state privacy law applies to InsureIF and your information, InsureIF will provide and honor the rights required by that law, subject to its scope, thresholds, definitions, exemptions, and exceptions.
Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and the ability to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, if InsureIF is subject to that law with respect to the relevant information.
Utah residents may have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act if InsureIF is subject to that law with respect to the relevant information.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to provide fewer rights than applicable law requires.
14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Platform may link to or integrate with websites, applications, insurers, agents, payment providers, campaign providers, or other services operated by third parties.
This Privacy Policy does not govern a third party’s independent collection or use of information. Review the third party’s privacy policy before providing information directly to that party.
15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and InsureIF does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Insurance records submitted by an adult may contain information concerning children or dependents. Such information is processed in connection with the adult’s account, insurance coverage, or quoting request.
If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly to InsureIF without appropriate authorization, contact Service@InsureIF.com.
16. UNITED STATES OPERATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL USERS
InsureIF is based in the United States, and the Platform is primarily intended for use in the United States.
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.
17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the Platform, information practices, technology, service providers, legal requirements, or business operations.
When we update the Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, or when changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Platform, by email, or through another appropriate method.
The updated Privacy Policy applies from the stated effective or updated date. Any consent required by law will be requested separately and will not be inferred solely from continued use of the Platform.
